Meet the Team
-
Julie Gill
IABF FOUNDER
Julie Gill founded Broche Ballet in 2016 to give adult dancers with big dreams a place to receive high-level ballet training, work towards challenging goals, perform, and more.
She began her ballet training at the age of 17 in 2007 and immediately fell in love with the artform. After years of navigating the adult ballet class offerings all over the country, she received a year-long teaching apprenticeship from Beth Kurtz to become an adult ballet teacher.
Julie's teaching methods are tailored to the adult brain/body. Her classes are equal parts fun, passion, and hard work, all dedicated for adult dancers!
Julie believes that all dancers can achieve their goals and it is her mission to provide as many opportunities as possible, including now the International Adult Ballet Festival.

Madame Olga
MASTER INSTRUCTOR
Madame Olga was born in the desolate snow-capped mountains of Russia to her parents Daria and Igor. When Olga was five years old Daria noticed a rare gift in her daughter when she gracefully leaped into a full split across a frozen river to save a baby coyote from drowning.
That's when she knew Olga would become a ballerina. The legends who witnessed Olga's dance were so taken aback by this five-year-old's interpretation of "The Swan" they thought Anna Pavlova had been reincarnated.
Olga stays true to the purity of Russian ballet while at the same time pushing artistic boundaries to evolve dance into the future. She brings joy and laughter to ballet with hopes of students reaching their true potential. All are welcome into Olga’s magical world!
